Early  and Educational life

Femi Branch was born on May 14, 1970 Sagamu, Ogun, Nigeria to the family of Mr. & Mrs. Osunkoya  which was gather that both his parent were teacher in Sagamu, a city in Ogun State southwestern Nigerian but hails from Odosenbora town in Ijebu North East, a local government area of Ogun State.

Femi Branch started his primary school education at Satellite Town Primary School at Amuwo Odofin, a local government area in the Ojo Division of Lagos State before he attended the Airforce Secondary School at Ikeja, the capital of Lagos State. After finshing his secondary level education he then  proceeded to Obafemi Awolowo University where, though admitted for Religious Studies, he later obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dramatic Arts.

Career Life

Femi began his career while still in school, he began his career at Obafemi Awolowo University in 1991, the same year he featured in a Yoruba stage play titled “Eniyan”. His first featured movie was titled “Orisun” which means “Origin” which was produced by member of staff of Obafemi Awolowo University. Although that was Femi branch first appearance on TV, In 2003 he featured for MTN Group television commercial titled “Dance with me”.

    Immediately Femi finished his tertiary educational he joined the Nollywood and has acted in more than 100 television soap opera and Nollywood movies which include Triangle, Senseless, Orirun, Away from Home, Twisted, The Italian Job, Akandun, A Place in the Stars, Fallen Angel, One Good Man, Out of Luck, Domino, Behind the Siege, Blaze of Glory, Emerald, This Life, Needles Eye, Wives and Concubines, Desperate Housewives Africa, etc. He acts both in English and Yoruba speaking movies. He is indeed on of the most Talented Nolywood actors. Femi was famous for the role of “Oscar” he played in a Nigerian soap opera titled Domino.

Not to forget that Femi Branch is also an author. One of his work is “409 page Anthology of Fifty Poems” , he is the Producer/Writer of the Movie AWAY FROM HOME (2005)

Marriage and Family Life

Femi Branch is among the few Nollywood actor who do not enjoys happy family. Most cases, most Nollywood actor do have a home break up. Femi Branch was married to Ibitola Owosanoye Branch with two loving kids Nuella Branch and Nathan Branch but their marriage failed after 10 years of Marriage. Ibitola cited domestic violence and irresponsible acts from Femi as her reasons for walking out of the marriage. Ibitola Owosanoye was the second wife of Femi Branch.

Femi Branch keeps mute about his first wife but InfoNG sometimes reveals that he shows his third wife during his installation as the Jagun Asa of Edeland.
